We promote education in our projects: GP Construcción's social commitment with Construyendo y Creciendo A.C.

At GP Construcción we stand out for building with quality, and we also distinguish ourselves in our firm commitment to social responsibility. A clear example of this is our collaboration with Construyendo y Creciendo A.C., a civil association dedicated to the education of construction workers. 

Together, we have implemented an innovative mobile classroom program to fulfill our purpose of transforming lives and helping to build dreams, opening up new opportunities in the world of work on construction projects.

GP Construction Initiative: Mobile Classrooms

The concept of mobile classrooms is an initiative of GP Construcción, and hand in hand with Construyendo y Creciendo A.C., was designed to bring education directly to the workers' workplaces. These classrooms, equipped with everything necessary for learning, are installed in our projects, facilitating access to education for all workers who would otherwise have difficulty attending classes due to their work schedules and family responsibilities.

The mobile classrooms offer a variety of courses, ranging from basic literacy to high school preparation and technical courses. The educational programs are designed to adapt to the needs and schedules of the company's employees, allowing them to continue their education without interfering with their daily work.

The implementation of mobile classrooms has had a significant impact on the lives of construction workers. Many of them have had the opportunity to learn to read and write, complete their basic education and acquire new skills that can improve their job performance and open doors to better employment opportunities.

In addition, this project not only benefits a group of young people and adult employees, but also their families. By improving their education levels, employees can provide better educational support to their children, creating a multiplier effect that promotes development, educational values, and personal growth.
