Inauguration of Pocket Park North

On May 4th, the inauguration event of Pocket Park Norte took place in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León.

This industrial park consists of 27 hectares, of which 140,000 m2 are total rentable area.

The event also included the groundbreaking ceremony for the MT01 North building, which will have an area of 12,800 m2. 

The event was attended by Iván Rivas Rodríguez, Secretary of Economy, Miguel Ángel Quiroga Treviño, Mayor of Ciénega de Flores, Zelina Fernández Alanís, General Director of INDEX Nuevo León, and José María Garza Treviño, President of Grupo GP, GP Construcción and GP Desarrollos.

This is the fourth industrial park with these characteristics that Grupo Garza Ponce has built in Nuevo León.
