Jumex Salinas Victoria, an industrial project of quality

At GP Construcción we carry out industrial projects such as plants, hangars and interports. One of the most recent constructions we have carried out in Salinas Victoria is the Jumex Interport Plant, an industrial building with an area of 53,000 m2. In this project we participated from the design to the construction of the warehouse, offices, maneuvering yard, access to light vehicles, heavy transport and outdoor areas.

Jumex, an energy efficient plant 

Jumex is a leading Mexican company in the production of fruit juices in the world, and one of its plants in Mexico is located in Salinas Victoria, Nuevo Leon, with an area of 53,000^{m2 .}

This project is LEED SILVER (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certified. From the beginning, a selection of high-end materials that were environmentally friendly and met certain low VOC levels was made.

In addition, the warehouse has insulation panels on the facade and roof to prevent overheating. Its purpose is to act as a cargo redistribution point to facilitate the transfer of products, optimizing the supply chain and transportation logistics.

It was built with BIM technology to allow collaboration and cross-referencing of information throughout the construction process, where rigorous quality standards were implemented. It is a project committed to sustainability through the efficient use of resources and responsible waste management.
