Inclusion that Builds: Mexican Sign Language Talk

Inclusion is one of the pillars for a more equitable and diverse society, and therefore, we implemented the "Inclusion that Builds" program, which aims to integrate people with disabilities to work in our company and support them for their professional development.

As part of this initiative, the expert in labor inclusion of people with hearing disabilities, Maestro Miguel Alejandro Rodríguez Valdez, gave us a talk on "Mexican Sign Language" where we learned the alphabet and some basic expressions with our hands.

At GP Construcción we know that inclusion goes beyond hiring: it is an ongoing process of mutual support and growth. 

Thanks to this program we maintain an inclusive work environment, where we constantly organize campaigns and talks that promote the integration of all people. ‍
