In Grupo GP we have been recognized for our transparency and integrity, and to maintain these values in the company it is essential to have a solid policy to combat and control corruption. Learn about the 5 key points that a reliable and secure Anti-Corruption Policy like ours should contain.
1. Objective
Explain the main purpose of the policy. In our Anti-Corruption Policy the objective is to prevent and detect acts of corruption inside or outside the company.
2. Scope
Define to whom the policy applies. In our Group we include all employees or third parties with whom we have a business relationship.
3. Definitions
Clarifies key terms related to corruption, e.g., Compliance Committee, corruption, corruption notice, conflict of interest and facilitating payment,
which helps everyone have a clear understanding of the relevant terms.
4. Corporate Ethics Guidelines
Lists other internal company documents that are related to the anti-corruption policy, such as: Conflict of Interest Statement, Third Party Gift, Fair Competition and Anonymous Whistleblower Hotline.
5. General Guidelines
Describes the standards of behavior that the company expects from its employees in order to prevent corruption and to set an example in any dealings, negotiations or problems that may arise.
