At GP Construcción we guide each of our practices with principles, values and rules of integrity in order to provide well-being to all our stakeholders. Code of Ethics
We established this policy to ensure that all employees of Grupo GP contribute with the highest principles in our daily interactions. In this Code we establish that we will refrain from practicing deceptive acts, keep accurate and reliable records, and deliver important information in a timely manner, respecting the obligations of confidentiality, privacy and protection of personal data. Anonymous Line
Any situation that goes against our corporate policy, such as deviations, irregularities, non-compliance or bad experiences derived from the actions of any collaborator or company of Grupo GP, can be reported anonymously by any of our clients, suppliers, personnel or third parties. Anti-Corruption Policy
We prevent and detect acts of corruption inside and outside the company through guidelines established for employees at all hierarchical levels. Under no circumstances do we allow the practice of bribery or extortion and we prohibit giving or receiving any kind of goods, services or payments for any commercial or financial advantage or to obtain any influence in the initiation or maintenance of business.

Third Party Gift Policy
We have established guidelines for the proper control and management of gifts given in our Group, and only gifts with the company's logo on pens, diaries, notebooks, books, stationery, etc. are allowed.
In addition, our personnel are prohibited from offering gifts to employees or officials of government agencies, the private sector or any other organization, in order to avoid personal benefits. Learn more about our Third Party Gift Policy.
Code of Conduct
We have a parameter of basic behaviors -but not limited to- for all employees regardless of their hierarchical level. In the event of any omission, the Ethics Committee intervenes to clarify the case. We invite you to read our Code of Conduct for more details.

Conflict of Interest Statement
We prevent the personal interests of any employee from interfering with those of the company, i.e., affecting the operation of the business, the work environment, relations with third parties or the employee's performance and image.
