GP Construcción's corporate sustainability practices

At GP Construcción, in addition to being committed to the excellence of our services, we are also committed to our social and environmental responsibility. For this reason, we carry out corporate sustainability practices in three fundamental areas: governance, environment and social aspects. Learn more about them.

1. We are a 100% Mexican company

We are headquartered in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, and we have carried out different local and national projects contributing to the economic and professional development of the country.

‍2. We identify and mitigate risks related to corruption.

We have a Code of Ethics, Anti-Corruption Policy, Anonymous Whistleblower Hotline and Third Party Gifts Policy to avoid personal benefits for any of our stakeholders. 

3. We recycle an average of 86% of special handling waste by 2024.

Materials such as wood, steel, concrete, rubble and fibers are sent for recycling to contribute to sustainable production. 

4. We assess and manage our environmental impact

We measured total monthly_CO2 emissions to promote greater energy efficiency in operations and implemented solar panels at the construction sites. 

‍5. We provide full-time services

Our employees have access to medical, nutritional and psychological services, as well as vaccination, vision and dental campaigns.

‍6. We have a high occupational safety indicator

Nos encontramos debajo de los estándares de seguridad establecidos por el IMSS (<1.5) y el OSHA (<.75), y reforzamos comportamientos seguros a través del uso correcto de EPP, aplicación de señaléticas, áreas de primeros auxilios e iniciativas como la Semana de Seguridad. 

7. We offer career and development plan 

All employees are motivated to improve their performance through courses and training to develop their technical and social skills. 

‍8. We promote social responsibility initiatives in the community.

We carry out monthly activities to benefit schools, associations and community centers. These actions include the restoration of educational spaces, reforestation, support for homes, and more, reflecting our commitment to social and environmental well-being.
