How do we maintain corporate transparency at GP Construcción?

At GP Construcción we promote transparency, integrity and trust in every operation and project. In a previous article we shared 4 of our corporate policies that promote transparency, but how do we make sure we regulate them? Learn about the following actions that help us regulate and follow up on our policies.

We comply with our Code of Ethics

In addition to putting our Code of Ethics in writing, our managers and team leaders ensure that they lead by example, demonstrating ethical behavior and integrity, conducting regular reviews, taking corrective action when necessary, and recognizing ethical employee behavior.

We follow up on anonymous reports

Every call received by our Anonymous Whistleblower Hotline Committee is considered through a thorough investigation to put a stop to the reported action. We encourage our staff and stakeholders to report any acts that reflect corruption or actions that are not in accordance with our values and business principles.

Assigned a Compliance Committee for the gift policy

We are committed to strengthening our relationships with our team, customers and suppliers, and in order to maintain transparency in the process, we have assigned people in charge of this activity. Those in charge are: the Corporate Human Capital Director, the Deputy Director of Audit and Internal Control, the Director of Planning and Administration and the Deputy Director of VMO, who are responsible for receiving, deciding and communicating the destination of gifts that are not allowed.
